2. Anti-Cheating & Collusion Measures

Any player found colluding, using bots, or employing unauthorized software is subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure.

5. Player Responsibilities
While we enforce rules on our end, fairness is a shared responsibility. We expect every player to:

6. Reporting Violations & Appeals
If you believe you’ve been subjected to unfair play, please submit a detailed report to contact@meldrush.com or via our Support Center. Include game IDs, opponent usernames, and time stamps.
All reports are reviewed confidentially by our Fair Play team. Players may appeal decisions within 7 days of notification; appeals are handled by senior compliance officers for final resolution.
